Cool, bright and airy corner unit, upstairs apartment a quarter mile from the water. Stocked/shared kitchen, we equally share the whole apartment. About the roomies
WE ARE: Currently 2 guys and a girl (girl is moving out). no typical roommate drama/nonsense. We’re grownups (mid 30s) here, get along, pay the bills on time and clean the kitchen when we’re done using it. We all have full time jobs outside the house. Stocked/shared kitchen, we equally use the whole apartment. Not a party house but no problem with respectful friends around. You’re welcome to make this just as much your home as it is ours. IDEALLY LOOKING FOR: A female in her late 20’s - 30’s who has full time employment and an independent lifestyle, laid back, and cool with the one bathroom scenario. Departing roommate is more than willing to chat and give an excellent referral for both men staying.
No pets/children/couples/drugs/heavy drinking. Sorry! Common areas will not be furnished as it is all going with the one who is moving out
