Hello! I am currently looking for someone to take over my roommates lease. Its the guest bedroom with a private bathroom. Rent is about $680 with everything included. Its super close to Full Sail University and UCF so perfect for college students. Theres also a Walmart, Walgreens and Wawa right outside the complex. The lease ends in October 2021. NOT LOOKING FOR MALE ROOMMATES FEMALES ONLY

Im very clean and kept to myself. I work from home so im always in my room chilling with my dog. Since i already have a pet we can’t have any more pets in the apt or children. Looking for someone that is clean, respectful, and responsible. No parties or large gatherings and i also prefer to not have many guests over since Covid is still going on.
