North Summit Avenue

We are looking for likeminded individuals who are goal chasers and ambitious and who are striving for anything but a regular life style! We live in a 5 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, a laundry room, a backyard and a big front yard this house is shared between my girlfriend and I and our best friend. Im a fashion designer my girlfriend is an aspiring model and my roommate is going to college for music. We are also working on recruiting new members to our music group. We also have 2 cats and a dog so were not really looking for more pets but if you have a friendly companion we don’t mind. We are hoping to lease a room out to anyone who is in the entertainment business or trying to be somebody other than a cashier in this world. Age group anyone between 18-27 is fine with us.The room has its own little inside balcony and it also has a walk in closet the room is just enough. The rent is $1,750 for now till our other roommate moves back in our other room then it will be $1,425.
