We are on a half acre oasis across the street from Powell Butte. I am looking for month to month renters who are honest, kind and drama free to enjoy this unique home and property. The kitchen and two bathrooms are shared and there is a living room and dining room which has a door in case you desire privacy. There’s no smoking on the property. There is parking. No sleep over guests in rooms but an occasional guest is welcome to the couch. :) The back yard has a fire pit and several shaded seating areas. Because the home is three levels there is privacy and three entries. This 16x13’ furnished room has a separate entry in a walk out basement which is always cool. At times there will be a friendly miniature horse, Prince Legacy, on the property as well as my little chicken Ophelia. We do require first and last month and deposit at signing. Last months rent can be divided into three payments if necessary.
I am a retired child psychologist and proud tiny horse and chicken mom. I enjoy the beauty and privacy of the property and look forward to adding new member to my home. Tenants are month to month so all have flexibility but I appreiciate people who want to settle for awhile. Currently there are two security guards and a retired gal in residence.
