There is a community front yard with bamboo that has lighting, tables and seating if you’re feeling like relaxing outdoors whether it be day or night. You get your own reserved parking spot (and there is street parking for your guests). A lovely shared living room and kitchen. All the rooms have windows. The apartment is located in walking distance near a lot of conveniences such as lovely coffee shops, Bank of America, and a Bargain Market Grocery outlet right down the street and a great taco stand. The freeways are also conveniently nearby! This room and another one is available in this 3 bedroom apartment. This is the larger of the two. This is a COVID conscious household.
No smoking inside the apartment but you can go to the yard if you would like to!
The lease is month to month, with 30 day notice. Utilities are split between all tenants (gas, electricity, and internet). Some utilities are included (water and trash)
About the roomies
I’m a professional artist in the animation industry, and love all kinds of storytelling media (movies, games, books, DnD). You would be living with me and my dog Murphy, a sweet little emotional support dog Papillon who likes people. As for myself, I’m laid back, clean, and a friendly introvert who’s always open for communication! While down for a conversation or a movie night, I’m also respectful of other people’s space and preferences. Murphy tends to stay in my room most of the time but loves to say hello.
