About the room
Hello everyone! I just found out that my current roommate will be moving out in the new month (May), and we are looking for someone to take her place! Would prefer someone to join the lease (ends September), with the option of renewing with us if she wants to.
We live in the heart of Irvine, perfectly situated between the North and South OC counties (15 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from Irvine Spectrum, right next to the freeway etc etc). Really is the perfect location!

My roommate Sophia and I share a room, are very laid back, and friendly. Looking for someone who is interested in being friends, and not just a warm body filling a room. Also someone who shares our faith in Jesus Christ. No smoking, drugs, or overnight guests (unless she’s your bestie for the restie) ;)
