About the room
Great apartment only 3-5 min walk to the Wellington L Stop. The living room has a real wood burning fireplace and beautiful white french doors. The bedroom is located on the ally side, so it is really quiet and the back of the house has a veggie garden that the building maintains for the tenants (fresh tomatoes, oregano, peppers…etc). It is a large master suite that could easily fit a king side bed, dresser, and bedside tables with room to spare. There is also a large closet.
Stats: 2 Bed/1 Bath In Unit washer and dryer 3-5 mins to metro (can’t hear it but can get to it easily) 10 seconds to the 8 and 22 bus lines 5 mins to Mariano’s 7 mins to Trader Joes
The rent includes heat and water (go ahead treat yoself to a long shower). Our electricity bill is generally about $14-20 a month and Wifi is about $25/month.
Who you would be living with: My name is Michele, and I’m a 24 year old female from Southern California. I work in sales at LinkedIn, and I’ve lived in Chicago for a little over a year now. Friendly, down-to-earth, and very respectful of space, cleanliness, noise, etc - pretty reasonable human in general!
The room is available immediately and the lease is good ‘till the end of March 2018 if you want to test it out and see if it’s a good fit. Our landlord would also add you to the lease and you can have the option to renew.
