Manayunk A few blocks away from Main Street! Owner occupant so I will consistently be upgrading my house. The house is 3 bedrooms total with 2.5 baths. The price of $900 is the second floor bedroom with a shared bathroom. The bedroom has a big window and access to the backyard.

We are open to all genders but need someone who is willing to keep up there end of keeping the house clean. We have both experienced what it’s like to live with a bad roommate and do not want to go through that again. Like I stated earlier I own this house so I’m going to be upgrading it a lot.
