I am a clean, quiet and responsible professional and I am looking for a roommate that is the same to share this beautiful 2500 sq ft home. I am fully vaccinated.

The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood in a cul-de-sac across the street from Richland College. It is one block over from the 75 and 635 interchange. It’s very convenient to get most places within DFW area. It is technically Richardson but one block over is Dallas.

Your part of rent covers private room and a full private bathroom (with bathtub/shower) (all unfurnished). Plus full use of the common areas of the house which are furnished. These include a huge living room with fireplace and 2 skylights, large open concept kitchen complete with all appliances (dishwasher, fridge, microwave, double oven, stove, toaster oven), spacious laundry room with washer and dryer, a private garage (also plenty of free street parking for guests), an atrium filled with plants that overlooks the night sky, an indoor patio and big backyard. The entire house has hardwood floors except for the kitchen and bathrooms.

I have 3 cats so I’m looking for someone who loves cats or can tolerate them. I would prefer no other animals but perhaps one other cat or a pet like fish etc would be ok. I would prefer no dogs due to the cats.
