Everything in the apartment is brand new and updated with smart outlets to a ring doorbell and Amazon Alexa tablet for the apartment! It’s me and my two service dogs they are well mannered and basically human. Since I already have two dogs I can’t have a third unfortunately I’m sorry! :( I wouldn’t mind a cat but it would be a $100 deposit and needs to be run by the landlord. I’m clean, neat, and responsible. I’m really laid back and don’t mind guests just be courteous and give me a heads up. I would love to connect and be friends and not just cohabitate and live with each other.
