One single occupancy only. Asian female preferred. This is a non-smoking, drug-free, pets-free, and drama-free house–in a beautiful and gated community–centrally located in Orange County, 12 mins to John Wayne Airport, South Coast Plaza, 18 mins to the beach, convenient to everything–Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Costco, Walmart, Target, IKEA, Kaiser Permanente Hospital, Freeway #22.

• closet: a decent double sliding door closet
• high ceiling: 9 feet.

• bathroom: your own full-size bathroom The monthly rent is 1000 plus $100 per month including utilities (except heating and cooling expenses), fast internet, access to the pool & BBQ grills, and parking. If you have concerns about the COVID and you don’t want to use the common area including the kitchen and laundry room, we will lower your rent to 850 a month plus $100 utility bills and fees.

I am a student–quiet, clean, responsible, and respectful. I like hiking, dancing, stretching, traveling, reading, hanging out with friends, discovering new food. Looking for someone who is clean, honest, respective, and responsible.
