We only want 1 roommate, female or male that is considering their rental terms to stay 12-months or long, and ok if only 6-months at the apartment. You’ll be provided your own closet space along with your bedroom that can fit a Cal-King bed, two-night stands, and 2 long dresser draws. You’ll have access to bathroom, kitchen, and outside patio. The rental fee of $750 pays for Internet, cable, electric, water, and sewage; which this is due on the first date of each month. You also get the privilege to use the pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ grills, and laundry facility. I will also require you to provide a onetime fee of $79.99. The small fee is used after you’ve decide to no longer live at the apartment and this is to change the door lock, and cost of posting my rental ad online. You’ll be sharing with 1 female, and 1 male that are civilize, honest, like to pay bills on time, plus we both clean our own mess, and respects roommates space, and privacy. Furthermore, were looking for our next new roommate with the same qualities.
