I own the condo and live in the other bedroom. I travel for work, so looking for someone I can trust is of the upmost importance. I will just throw it out there, that I’m a gay male, so if thats not ok with you, read no further. I am a professional guy, hard working and have been at the same employer for 21 years. This means, there are never any issues on my end with the bills getting paid or utilities, functioning as they should. I’m very proactive in making sure everything in my home also is operating and in relatively good condition. I’m looking for someone that is gonna take care of my place in the world while I’m gone and feel at home as well. I live in a good neighborhood, with gated parking and plenty of added amenities in my complex, besides being 1 mile from the beach. I’ve been clean and sober for 21 years, but I don’t care if you drink socially, just no drugs of course. I think that I’m a good roommate, because a good amount of nights you are here alone and everyone likes a bit of alone time. That being said, I would prefer someone that works outside the home, so that occasionally, I have a few hours of free time. But you live here and don’t expect you to be gone all the time because of me. Balance is always good. I’m currently single and have few guests here or there, but not constant. All my friends live on the other side of town, and LA just makes see friends difficult unless you have a lot of patience and free time. There is a gym, tennis, basketball and swimming pools on the property for your use. I’m looking for one roommate, so if you have a partner that is gonna basically live with us, my place is probably not for you.
