This property is located in paramount. Really close to college campuses like LBCC and Cal State Long Beach. This is mostly a residential area. Meaning, there isn’t huge parties thrown by the neighbors every weekend just in case you’re a student who likes peace and quiet when getting their work done. You will have your own room to yourself. There are one and a half baths for you to use also. There is one full bath upstairs by the room and a half bath downstairs. The condo is already fully furnished except for the rooms. Meaning, there are TVs, fridges, couches, microwaves, cups, plates, washer, dryer, and other things that are used for common area. There also is a pool and private parking for people who hate having to find parking when coming home. We have some exercise equipment outside also. The bathrooms are nicely decorated and the condo is very roomy and perfect for anyone who likes their own space.

I am a 20 year old college student going to UCI and I am female. The condo is around the Long Beach Area for students looking to go to LBCC and Calstate Long Beach! Also, we are around 10 minutes away from Calstate Dominguez also. Therefore, I require peace and quiet when finals week comes around. This is my moms property that I am advertising so it’s kinda like you don’t have to hassle trying to find the landlord! I’m a kind, funny and outgoing person! It might sound a little odd having your landlord in the same house as you, but I don’t even like to consider myself a landlord. I’m only 20, so I’m not as strict or tedious as your average landlord.
