Hampshire Street

One of our amazing roommates is moving to San Diego, so we have a private room available in our sunny two-story house in the Mission! Move-in can be anytime between now and May 1. Please read through the details below and check out the photos! The house:

• It’s a two-story house in the Mission (next to SF General) and honestly close to everything that makes the Mission awesome.
• Two living rooms, one on each floor (one main one, one used as office / workout / reading area)
• Large eat-in kitchen with hardwood floors, including standard appliances and featuring a gas stove/oven.
• Two full bathrooms (one on each floor)
• House has a big private backyard with a Meyer lemon tree and gardening patch. In normal times, we hang out, host parties, play darts, etc.
• Washer and dryer in unit
• Room has a closet, fits a queen bed, dresser, and a nightstand
• The room will be unfurnished, but we do have an extra bed frame and mattress if you’re in the market for one

The housemates are all super chill and friendly - 2 guys and a girl, from Chicago, and DC. We’re all in our mid-late twenties and work in tech. The house is pretty social, keeping it low-key on weeknights and going out / having people over on the weekends (you know, when the world opens back up again).

Other stuff:

• Sorry, no pets :(
• We pay for all utilities. It’s usually ~50-70 ish a month per person.
• Only one person please - we’re more than happy to have friends/significant others come through, but not all day/every day

Rent: $1250 Security deposit: $1250 (refundable upon move-out as long as you fill your room before you leave) Utilities: ~$50/70 per month

Super easy commute to downtown - BART is a 12 minute walk and bus stops to various spots are a ~3 min walk each. The 101 is also 2 minutes away and street parking is not a problem.
