The room is available on April 23rd. Rent for this room is $750 a month, which includes all utilities. Move-in costs are first and last months rent and a $750 security deposit. Minimum of a 6-month lease (also open to interns looking for temp. housing for the summer) after that, it becomes month to month.

The entire house has been recently renovated including new kitchen (with stainless steel appliances), new bathroom, updated electrical and plumbing. Off-street parking available for one car. I take care of all snow removal and lawn care.

Looking for someone with a stable income, reliable, considerate, quiet, easy to get along with, and most importantly neat and can clean up after themselves in the common areas of the apartment. Occasional overnight guests are permitted within reason. (once or twice a month). There is no smoking inside the home, no partying, and no pets allowed. The house is a 15-minute drive from Hartford, CT, 2 minutes from a commuter lot, and 20 minutes from Springfield, MA. Also within walking distance is a CVS, Dunkin Donuts, Subway, and package store.
