Lovely furnished room has private bath. There is a liv room, dining room and kitchen which are community spaces if and when I find an appropriate second roomer. Laundry and parking are also provided. Price includes elect. and cable. Nice quiet road close to everything.

There issa groundskeeper on the property. If I find the right compatible person there will be another tenant. The utility room will be used by the groundskeeper for storage tools etc.
