1006 Auburn Street is in the middle of a quiet little neighborhood right in the heart of Middletown. Fast food eaters can will have a field day with the numerous fast food restaurants that are just a five minute walk away. You can also enjoy the nearby parks, or take a walk to the local corner store just across the street. You will have your own private bedroom with access to Spectrum internet, I will increase the internet speed as needed. There is a possibility for off-street parking if you drive a small enough car, but anything larger than a compact likely wouldn’t fit. We have a fully fenced in backyard, and a front porch for you to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. The house comes with central heating/cooling, and the washer and dryer are located in the basement.

I’m looking for two housemates maximum, with the shared bills split evenly between us. That includes rent, utilities, water, and internet (if y’all want cable we can add cable, but it’s just internet for now).
