Hello Everyone!

We have a spot available for a female or male roommate in our 4 bdrm/3.5 bath town home as of December 1, 2017! We’re happy to open it up to a single person; no room shares, live-ins or pets please!

The Home: Our home is 1 of 10 town homes within a privately owned, secured complex! It’s located in the heart of Hollywood near the La Brea/Sunset intersection extremely close to eateries, nightlife, and major highways! The home is 4 floors (including the attached garage) and beautifully furnished so you’d only have to worry about providing furniture for your personal room! Of course, if you’ve got stuff you’d like to bring into the common areas, we’re open to that as well.

Your Room: The current roommates are shifting so that the available room will be on the second floor. It’s one of the junior bedrooms with a shared bathroom (with one other person) and is $1,150 a month without utilities (+$65-80/month on average – each roommate takes on responsibility for one utility bill, and we use Venmo to charge each other quarterly). The security deposit is $1,500, delivered directly to the wonderful owner of the house (we’ve never had any issues with a fair return on security deposits here). It’s a one-year commitment, with month-to-month following that. This room has a nicely sized closet with french doors and plush carpets. Because there are more roommates than garage-covered parking spots (2), we are on rotation in the garage so you’d have access to your own private spot every other month; however, unlike most of Los Angeles our neighborhood is non-permitted so it’s very easy and safe to to park on the street!

Your Roommates: We’re all college grads, now working professionals in our early-to-late 20s – we live in a relaxed, clean, courteous environment. We go out on the weekends, but generally keep it pretty quiet in the house – we work hard and it’s typical we’re out and about most of the day. We definitely want someone we’re able to chat with and trust, since it is a townhouse and in a lot of ways communal by nature.

The application process is simple and direct with the owner, who asks for basic background information and a copy of your credit score.
