Public transportation can get you to Newark Penn Station within 10 minutes to get you to NYC, Hoboken, Jersey City, and all surrounding areas. The room is also very close to Newark Airport, a big convenience for those that must travel often.

-All utilities -High Speed Wifi -Lock Knob -Queen sized bed -Washer/Dryer in Unit -Maid Service that cleans the apartment for you when needed.
Couples are welcome but we would need to negotiate a different price.
We would share living room with 75 Inch TV, kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. There is access to shared backyard as well.
One Personal Parking Space available for an additional 100$ a month.
I work a part-time job for Anheuser Busch, so help yourself to any beer cases I bring to the property.
