About the room: -Room is 13’x10’ not including closet space -Private bathroom with shower/tub combo. -Wall closet measures 8’ x 3’ -Room includes the following furnishings: queen size bed with bedding, 42“ TV with streaming, night stands, lamp, alarm clock. -Washer/dryer located right outside of room

Apartment location: -0.5 miles from Morgan junction -1 mile from Alaska Junction -C-line bus four blocks from apartment -116/118/119 bus route across the street from apartment

About me: I have lived in this apartment for a little over 4 years now, and absolutely love it. I am a 36/F who works in Seattle M-F. I am pretty easy going, clean (not OCD clean, but neat). I am around most weeknights, and on and off throughout the weekends. I love to read so I’m usually lounging with a book. I also like to cook and bake and will be glad to share.

Looking for: I’m hoping to find someone who is friendly, drama free, non-smoker, employed, and will clean up after themselves.No age/gender preference, but no couples. No smoking (no out door smokers), pets, drugs or children.

Rent & Lease Details: -Available date: Now -Monthly rent of $1,150 for single occupancy per room. Rent Includes all Utilities (electric, water, sewer, garbage, high speed Internet, Netflix) -6-month lease minimum, continuing on a month-to-month basis thereafter if that makes sense for both parties involved. -Upon move-in we require first and last month’s rent, so $2,300 is due on signing. -Need prior rental references, verifiable employment, and background check.
