Alicia's room

Available from end of March but can negotiate a little earlier. The room is one of four bedrooms in a 2100sqft house. It’s in the first floor with a window showing the side of the house. You will have a full private bathroom right across your room. The house is air conditioned all year. Kitchen and guest area are shared. There’s parking available.

I am looking for females only. However, I don’t accept kids, pets, smokers or alcohol. You can have an extra roommate if you wish with a little increase to the rent.

We are very respectful towards any tenant and we usually do our repairs and fix issues right away since we live in the same house.

Bills are shared between all residents.
