Newly built apartments Trails, parks and Menifee Countryside Marketplace’s dozens of retailers, including Home Goods, Petco, Target, Lowes, Kohls, and Best Buy, or to the local restaurant scene, with familiar names such as Panera Bread, BJ’s, Bushfire Grill and favorites like Upper Crust Pizza. Everything is walking distance. Room has a full size bed, shelf/bookcase,lamp, hamper, and clothes hangers. There is a shared office room with a shared closet. Washer and dryer. You have a shared guest bathroom that is stocked with hygiene supplies. Full kitchen with island counter. Living room has tv and leather couches.

I’m the only one living in a 3 bedroom apartment. Recently retired and just moved to menifee in august. Working on getting apartment fully furnished, so there will be alot of additions. I stay mostly in my room because I have my own bathroom and alot of space. Don’t have company over often. I keep the house very clean.
