Nici's room

Looking for short-term roomie through 7/31 only. Lease renews 8/1, and I’m not renewing due to rent going up too much. Large unfurnished bedroom 11x17 and private bathroom. There’s a small 3rd bedroom used for storage. Big backyard, doggy door. Located in South Desert Shores. It’s a quiet, peaceful house and beautiful neighborhood. Non-smokers only. Garage spot included. No heavy substance users or frequent guests. No kids.

I’m from NYC, been in Vegas 6 years, moved here to be closer to family here and in SoCal. I work M-F, 7-4 so I’m in bed by 9, and up at 5am. I have two sweet Italian Greyhounds, so you must like dogs. Another nice, well-behaved dog or two is welcome. I run a background check and require references. I’m friendly and clean, but not a neat freak. I consider home a sanctuary, and I’m respectful and expect the same. I like to go to the dog park, read, knit, do yoga, go hiking, take my SUP to the lake, and I belong to a ladies game group. Looking for another friendly, mature, and considerate person who likes to live peacefully. :)
