Great apartment location, just a 5 to 10-minute walk downtown and a quick walk to campus. The ECU transit busses stop by the apartment on their route. Free parking, utilities included, and fully furnished. The apartment complex offers amenities including a gym, computer lab, tanning bed, outdoor grill, and pool. I am looking for someone to take over my lease as soon as possible. For the few summer months, the rent is at $630 but will switch to $580 once the new lease starts on 08/01/2021. The apartment is located on the top floor with a view of the pool.

I have a roommate right now who owns a dog but it keeps to its self. However, she will be moving out at the end of summer so the other room will be available as well.
