Hello, I am looking for someone to rent a room in Point Loma. Located near Nimitz/Chatsworth. We have a 3 bedroom house and are looking for someone to rent out the last bedroom. My grandmother lives in a detached studio in the back and there is one other roomate (Male/30s) and me (Female/21) living in the house. We currently have 4 total dogs. 2 living in the house and 2 in the detached studio. They are friendly and love playing. It is a shared bathroom/kitchen. We are looking for someone who is very clean and loves dogs. The room we are renting has private access and access to the house as well. (2 doors). Washer/dryer available in house. Rent is $1200 with utilities and internet included. We will need a deposit of $1200 as well as references. No additional pets allowed. Available now.

Hi we are looking for one more roommate. I am a 20 year old who works full time! My grandmother lives in the detached studio with her 3 mini aussie/border collie mixes. We have another roommate who is 32 male with another medium sized dog as well! We are located in the Point Loma area just minutes from the beach.
