My roommate & I are looking for someone to fill a room in our 3bed/3bath apartment in the heart of West Hollywood, move-in ready! We live very close to the Chateau Marmont, Sunset Tower Hotel, etc. Your room would be the master bedroom–it comes unfurnished & is very spacious, has a private bathroom & lots of closet space. The apt has central AC & Heat and is 1,600 sqft with an additional 800 sqft of private patio terrace, which is great for BBQing and entertaining! Parking is included. We’re looking for a roommate with stable income who’s chill, clean, courteous & respectful to others and the space. We have a cleaning lady come every few weeks, so the apartment always looks great! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.

First month rent and damage deposit of $1395 are both due prior to move in. Terms are month to month, though we’re hoping to find someone long term. Background and credit check are required by landlord.
