Take over my lease at University Village Towers! 4 minutes away from UCR. The room is available May 1st 2021, and the lease ends August 31st 2021. You can renew the lease after moving in (10 month lease but they probably will do longer too). Only $424/mo with utilities included! The rent rates at this apartment complex have gone up a bit, but since this is an existing lease, you will get $424/mo.

FEMALE ONLY, sorry, it’s not up to me. Also YOU MUST BE A STUDENT. The apartment has one of the largest living room/kitchen spaces in the building, and has 4 bedrooms. This is a shared room with one other girl. The room has a connected bathroom.

All utilities are included in the $424/mo rent, except parking (which is optional and is $5 to $25 a month depending on what floor of the parking structure your assigned parking spot is) and laundry. The laundry room is one floor above the room so it’s pretty convenient.

The apartment has a nice pool and a gym which were closed for covid but are now open. If you have a guarantor you do not need to pay a security deposit. Dogs and cats are only allowed if they are a service animal or you have an ESA letter. Your child can only live here if they are under 1, otherwise they need their own lease.

There are 3 girls who live here, one of which shares this room, and she doesn’t sleep/live here half the time. All 3 roommates are nice (and cleanly) and I have had no problems with any of them. I’m moving out because I rent a room somewhere else with my boyfriend now.
