Looking for a roommate for my 3BR, 2BA home. You’ll have a private room and the second bathroom, which is essentially all yours with the exception of any visitors to the home. The house has a garage with washer and dryer, full kitchen with standard appliances and a dishwasher (not me), WiFi, cable TV (no promises, I’ve been wanting to drop it for years), and an outdoor BBQ grill and fire pit. There also might be a hot tub. Quiet, safe neighborhood, close to all, and the neighbors are rad. This is not a party house and no drug use is allowed here at all. Big backyard and plenty of parking. Just me, and only renting out one room right now, but there is a possibility of renting out the other room at some point. Most recent roomie called this a ‘chill’ home.
