PLS READ CAREFULLY BEFORE REACHING OUT. GIRLS ONLY/NO PETS House is located in a gated community that is very safe. Bedroom is the only bedroom downstairs in a 5 bedroom house. You will get your own bathroom as well. Everyone’s name is on ONE lease, and rent is split by each person by room and paid to the renting agency each month. (MUST BE PRE APPROVED). Rent does not include utilities, utilities vary from $30-$80/month and include gas, water, trash, and electricity. Wifi is separate and is only $10/month. Lease is minimum 1 year.

GIRLS ONLY NO KIDS 3/5 of the girls who live here will be staying to renew the lease starting July 1st. However, we are only looking to find one more person to move in. We are very friendly and laid back people. We enjoy having friends over for drinks and get togethers. We keep this house very clean and organized with a rotating cleaning schedule. Common areas like kitchen and living room must stay clean and be ready to use for the next person. We are all very responsible and stay on top of paying our bills. At the moment we have 2 dogs, 1 German shepherd and 1 Yorki. We DO NOT want anymore dogs/cats in the house. We are looking for someone between the ages of 23 and 27.
