I own a house in East Sacramento. The location is great because it is right off of the freeway, our neighbors are quite and the center point in Sacramento.
This house was built in the early 60s. 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, kitchen (small oven for now), 2 livingroom areas. Washer and dryer and most other appliances available. Remodeling each room/ area stage by stage. Currently working on the livingroom, next will be the bathrooms, kitchen and last exterior. The rooms are redone, spacious, and ready to rent out.
$550 Midsize room (see pictures) includes utilities/ internet.
Appliances available. Must purchase your own toiletries, clean supplies and laundry soap.
DEPOSIT would depend on room chosen
RENT Due between 1-5 of the month. Late payment extra $50+
