East 15th Avenue

I’m looking for someone to re-let my lease for the 21-22 school year starting September 1, 2021. It is one room in a four-bedroom unit at Arena District Apartments and because I had signed this lease early, the rent will be at a reduced rate compared to what they are currently offering. The building is walking distance from the UO campus. The unit has 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (2 people share one bathroom) and a shared living, dining, and kitchen area.

I will actually be moving out, and the other roommates who lived there just moved out as well. So as far as I know there is currently no one else living there but the leasing office can facilitate roommate matching.
