This room is for a female tenant, preferably covid vaccinated. My house is in East Port Saint Lucie area. I have fenced in yard. I have a dog. The room is approximately 9x10. I have a twin bed currently but if needed could move.
About the roomies
My mother lives in one spare rooms. She is quiet keeps to herself. She is mostly gone taking care of her grandkids. I work Monday through Friday. We both are laid back women. My girlfriend stays over sometimes. This is ideal for a short term tenant, ideally 3 months. There is a no visitor policy in place.
