We are located in the waterfront community, Baycrest Park in Town n’ Country. Our house is in a safe neighborhood, centrally located in Tampa. Whats included in your rent is access to the ADT Home Security System, a fully furnished home, Washer/Dryer access, Personal Vanity and drawers, Central AC, off street parking, Electric, Water, Trash, Sewer, Internet, Dishwasher, Purple™ Queen Size mattress with an adjustable base, and access to the pool. Everything you need is within a 10 minute drive from the house; grocery stores, pharmacies, gas stations and gyms. Down town Tampa is a 10 minute drive and the airport is an 8 minute drive. The beaches are under a half hour.

I am a Merchant Marine and my Girlfriend is an accountant. We have lived here in Tampa for a year.
