Located in South Lamar village, fun very millennial neighborhood. There’s a bunch to do on South Lamar. Barley bean coffee shop is across the street walking distance as well as Easy Tiger beer garden and bakery. We are a few minutes from zilker park and Barton creek, Barton creek mall, and downtown Austin! We are next door to a Target!

The current roommate is my cousin, an almost 20 year old young lady named Summer. She’s taking classes and works at a golf course full time and spends her free time at zilker park or hiking. She loves a peaceful household and is super accommodating. She’s seriously not picky at all and keeps to herself but will be very friendly and hang out as much as you prefer. She never brings guys home. She doesn’t really have friends over, except when one is meeting her to head out and probably go hiking :) Summer is 420 friendly (not a heavy smoker) and drinks wine on rare occasion.

I will be moving out and I’m looking to fill my current room, the master bedroom. The roommate in the 2nd bedroom is a cute young woman named Summer, a student taking classes in holistic medicine and working full time on a golf course. She loves outdoor activities and is always at the park when she’s not working. We maintain a very peaceful household and are clean. She loves eating mostly vegan and trying new things. Can be as friendly as you want her to be or will be quiet and give you space if you prefer. She’s very accommodating and loves peace.
