Our home is nestled in a quiet cove in Bartlett, Tennessee. We have a neighborhood park with a lake, playground, walking trails and fishing ponds. We are located in a very safe community. In fact, Bartlett is ranked one of the safest cities in Memphis and ranks in the top ten for the entire state. Our home offers a cozy and inviting living space.

We work inside the home, so we’re here most days. We have a 5-year-old daughter who is in Kindergarten. We require a background check. There is a $40 non-refundable fee for this and we will need your driver’s license. Bad credit is not a problem. This includes previous bankruptcies, evictions and low credit scores. We’re not really concerned with petty misdemeanors, we’re looking for serious criminal violations. If you look at the room and like it (and pass the background check), we ask that you pay a $200 hold fee. This amount will be deducted from your first month’s rent. Rent is due in cash on the 1st; receipts are provided. We use the one page Roomies Roommate Agreement. It is a month-to-month rental agreement with a 30-day exit clause from both parties. Although the rental agreement is month-to-month, We do prefer longterm renters - from 3 to 12 months.

HOUSE RULES:

No children. No pets. No guests. No laundry after 8:00 pm. Be respectful. Clean up after yourself. Keep the shared bathroom clean.
