Our home is nestled in a quiet cove in Bartlett, Tennessee. We have a neighborhood park with a lake, playground, walking trails and fishing ponds. We are located in a very safe community. In fact, Bartlett is ranked one of the safest cities in Memphis and ranks in the top ten for the entire state. Our home offers a cozy and inviting living space.

I work inside the home, so I’m home most days. We have a 5-year-old daughter who will be starting Kindergarten in the fall. My husband is an aerospace engineer who works contract assignments throughout the US. He comes home periodically. We require a background check. There is a $40 non-refundable fee for this and we will need to make a copy of your driver’s license; however, if you give me your email address, I will email you a copy for your records. Bad credit is not a problem. This includes previous bankruptcies, evictions and low credit scores. I’m not really concerned with petty misdemeanors, I’m looking for serious criminal violations. If you look at the room and like it (and pass the background check), we ask that you put down $200 in order for us to hold the room for you. This amount will be deducted from your first month’s rent. Rent is due in cash on the 1st; receipts are provided. We use the one page Roomies Roommate Agreement. It is a month-to-month rental agreement with a 30-day exit clause from both parties. Although the rental agreement is month-to-month, We do prefer longterm renters - from 3 to 12 months.

HOUSE RULES:

No guests. No laundry after 8:00 pm. Be respectful. Clean up after yourself. Keep the shared bathroom clean.
