Key lockable door. Driveway parking in safe neighborhood Neighborhood is less than a 10 minute drive to grocery stores, restaurants, Beltway 8, and approximately 35-40 minute drive to downtown at non-rush hour times.

Neighborhood amenities include: -Close proximity to Lake Houston! -Pool with small kids’ water park -Tennis courts -Playground -Jogging/walking paths

Current up-to-date drivers license and reliable transportation is required. The background check through TransUnion SmartMove is $40. If approved, a security deposit in the amount of one month’s rent is due when the lease is signed, and the first month’s rent is due at move-in. Room is available starting November 08, 2021. As a rule, the house is always clean, we respect each other, and help each other whenever we can.
