Aaron's room

I have a clean private room for rent located two minutes from the 15 freeway and is conveniently located near a variety of shops. The monthly rent is $575 utilities are included. Internet is an additional $15/month upon request. I ask for a $350 deposit upon move-in so the total move-in cost is $925. The room is empty. ABSOLUTELY NO smoking, drinking, or use of drugs, late rent, animals, and overnight guests will not be permitted. The room is private and your entrance will also be private however you will share the bathroom with 4 other individuals. You will have access to the kitchen for your cooking needs.

30 days notice will be required prior to moving out or your deposit will be forfeited. $350 deposit to be returned based on the condition of the room at the end of the lease term.

Requirements, in order to be considered, include: MUST be employed, have personal identification, 1 reference, and a background check along with a brief interview. May or may not require a credit check depending on circumstances. This room is preferably for 1 single person, couples please inquire via email (the rent costs and security deposit are based on an individual, not a couple). Preferably looking for an individual that is private, respectful, who keeps to themselves, delivers rent on time, and someone who is looking to stay longer than 6 months.
