Really nice spacious patio + raised bed garden if you’re into growing vegetables/flowers. I’m always working on the place w new furniture/improvements and the place is generally kept clean, especially shared spaces. Walkable to Nicoletto’s, Mickey’s Tavern, Las Maracas, Elegy Coffee, YMCA et al.

I’m usually retired upstairs by 10pm most nights where my bed/bath/office are. Looking for someone who cleans the bathroom, no drama, and cool with my weekly poker game. I also travel a bit so would love someone that can water my plants. I’m torn on having pets, will evaluate on a case-by-case basis for the right match. Willing to extend the agreement if we hit it off!
