The property is located in a very safe area, graded A in safety.

You will be sharing the entire home with two people. My Mother and another tenant. There are two rooms being used and one available on May 1st. The tenants are very kind, friendly and keeps the entire home very clean. The neighborhood is very clean, with no crime incidents since I’ve own the home. Very safe area and close to Safeway and Giant. Everyone is very respectful and responsible.
