Hi! I have a single master bedroom with an adjoining private half bathroom available in my Taylorsville rancher.

The space has new carpet, paint, and fairly new bathroom. Enough space for a bed, dresser, and desk/chair.

This space is single-occupancy, the lease is 12 months, and the housemates split the utilities evenly.

The common areas of the house are furnished, but the bedroom is not—so you’d want to bring your own bed, dresser, desk, etc.

The house is nicely maintained, and features central heat/AC, hardwood floors, new bathrooms, and a great back yard with large covered seating area.

The neighborhood is a quiet, safe area with nicely maintained homes (roughly 10 minute commute to downtown SLC, and less than 5 minutes from Valley Regional Park, shopping, restaurants, etc.)

Please note: I will require a background check, references, first month’s rent, and deposit (same amount as rent) at lease signing. Last month’s rent is due within 45 days of lease signing.

All housemates are responsible, trustworthy adults (everyone is background checked, referenced checked, and is either a student or a full-time professional). The housemates keep the place clean and quiet–it’s a nice place!
