You would have the master suite with your own private full bath (shower & two sinks). Room is plenty big for a queen mattress and office setup. Huge walk-in closet with storage space. The house has 2 other rooms (3 total), one other full bath, lofted living room ceiling, updated kitchen, and large, sunny backyard. Kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware. Off-street parking in the driveway. Washer and dryer in house. 10 minute bike ride to CSU. Landlord does not allow pets.

You would be living with me, Sam, and my roommate Nathan. We’re both CSU graduates that really liked Fort Collins, so we stayed in town after graduating. I’m a part time research assistant for a lab at Stanford and lab tech at CSU. Nate is a manager over at a local bike shop. We both really like biking, cooking, music, breweries, all that good stuff! We consider ourselves pretty easy going, so we welcome you to come move into our awesome rental house!
