Room for rent in 3 bedroom, 2 bath owner-occupied condo. Blocks from Chico State and very walkable. Condo complex is quite. Preference to Freshman or Sophomore male student at Chico State to room with same. Would like a roomie who is willing to chill, kickback, and study in the condo. Occasional small gatherings. Condo has kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, A/C. Room available during summer session

I am a sophomore at Chico State. I just pledged Alpha Sigma Phi frat and am enjoying the college experience in Chico. I go out and party/socialize but my condo is a quite home base to study, chill, and recharge. I am looking for someone who is dependable and flexible with good study habits and good grades, who is reasonably tidy.
