Hello! This is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo located in Vancouver, Washington. We are very close to major freeways and lots of shops, restaurants, and close to the Vancouver mall. This is a three story home. There is one half-guest bath on the 2nd floor which is where the kitchen, dining, and living room are. The second bathroom on the 3rd floor is shared between you and one other roommate, however the bathroom is closest to your room on the top floor. (They’re right next to each other.) Home is already furnished except for your room. Parking is street parking and our one confirmed spot. Your rent would be a flat rate of $650/month– this includes all utilities and internet!

There are 2 people living here currently, both women. We are 25 and 26. We are both fully vaccinated! We both work full time and have very busy schedules so the house is empty a lot of the time, it is a very peaceful and relaxed vibe. The 26 year old works at the hospital in food service and the 25 year old is a CNA. We are both women of color and LGBT friendly. We are not welcoming any far right conservatives, as it is important that we mesh well with someone who has similar views and values as us. We have friends over on occasion but stay pretty lowkey the majority of the time. Fitness, being healthy, and cleanliness are very important to us. Overall we are looking for someone who doesn’t have to be told to keep common areas clean. We prefer to find someone who plans on staying longer term! Home is 420 friendly but we only smoke outside. No drama please, just somebody laidback :) hoping to have somebody by May 1st but room is available now if needed sooner!
