Quiet neighborhood, street parking. Common areas shared, kitchen, living room, game room and laundry room. Nice backyard for enjoying. No smoking. We do have a dog and a cat.

My 3 daughters and I have an extra bedroom to share. We are looking for a college student aged/20ish to share with. We are 1.5 miles from Shenandoah University. There is a trolley stop close to the house that will bring you within a block of the college.
