John's room

The room is a pretty decent size. There is a futon already in the room and has shelves on the wall. The closet also has shelving and a light in it. There’s definitely space a king bed and more. The room also has two windows and a ceiling fan. It’s located on the first floor and just across from the downstairs bathroom.

There is a porch, driveway, and I have a large backyard with patio furniture. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances (fridge w. water & ice dispenser/stove/microwave/dish washer). There is also a guest room.

The house is located right in the middle of Ashland and Richmond. Maybe a 5 minute drive from 64/95. It’s maybe a 12-15 minute drive to either short pump or downtown.

I live on the property by myself, with my cats and dog. Before covid, I normally worked in the office in the mornings and worked from home in the afternoons. Since Covid, I just work from home.

I’m pretty straightforward but don’t really know what else to say here. Obviously, it’ll be easier to get a better idea of what to say when someone reaches out.
