In-unit washer and dryer, 2 bathrooms with amazing LED lighting, exposed brick, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, and access to huge rooftop with views of Manhattan. We’re located a block from the Jefferson L with a 20-minute ride to the city. The apartment’s surrounded by tons of great restaurants and we’re literally right on top of one of my favorite bars in the neighborhood. Maria Hernandez Park is also at the end of block, as well as two grocery stores and gym within a 10-minute walk. Basically, this apartment has everything you need all in close proximity.

The Roommates: You’d be living with 3 great guys, mid to late 20’s. Known them for years, and all work in the IT field. The roommates all work from home, although some days they will head into the office. We’re all chill dudes, into fashion, working out and will occasionally watch movies, play video games, go biking, or brunch together. If you like to keep to your room, that’s totally cool too.
