Beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bathroom 3200 square feet. Off-street parking, private room walk-in closet, private bath you do not have to share. In-house laundry facility, shared kitchen living room fenced-in backyard, your bedroom window has a lake view. It’s only about 30 seconds from our front door to the lake, must be respectful courteous and clean. Looking to rent a room out as soon as possible would prefer first last and security deposit but willing to work with you if you don’t have it all up front

The home owner has the master bathroom and bedroom. Super awesome fun great humor guy. There is a couple living here husband and wife they keep up the cleanliness of the house and the repairs on the house. The room will come with a lease agreement message if you would like to set up a time for a meet and greet. Also there is no smoking inside the residence that’s what the outside is for message me if you have any questions.
