Date/Time: I’m looking for a roommate to renew a year-long lease starting December 1. This will be my second year in the apt.

Bedroom: Fits a full sized bed and comes with a huge closet.

Apt: The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms, high ceilings, and hardwood floors. If you like cooking as much as I do, you’ll enjoy a spacious kitchen with plenty of countertop space. There is also a huge, fully furnished living room w/ LED TV setup and a big, comfy couch for relaxing after a long day.

Location: The 1/2/3 line is right outside the apartment, New York sports club is across the street (Equinox and SoulCyle are a couple blocks away, too), and minutes away from Central Park and a plethora of shops, stores, restaurants, and bars.
